You’ll provide personalised support based around each client’s individual needs and preferences. This may include assisting with personal care, medication, meals, mobility and everyday tasks, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.
But being a Care Assistant is about much more than completing tasks. It’s about building trust, listening, showing kindness and treating every person with dignity and respect.

Senior Care Assistant
Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for the next step in your care career?
Our Senior Care Assistant role is perfect for someone who has a passion for delivering outstanding care and is ready to take on greater responsibility, support colleagues and develop their leadership skills.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll continue to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes, while also becoming a trusted source of support and guidance for other members of the care team.
You’ll lead by example, helping to maintain high standards of care and professionalism. You may support new team members, help colleagues develop their skills, contribute to care reviews and provide feedback to the wider management team. You’ll also play an important role in identifying concerns, promoting best practice and ensuring our clients receive the dignity, respect and quality of care they deserve.
This is more than simply a more senior care role — it’s an opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to progress into supervision and management.
We’re looking for experienced carers who are confident, dependable, approachable and passionate about doing things properly. You’ll have the opportunity to build your leadership skills, take on additional responsibility and gain valuable experience that can open the door to future career progression within our organisation.
We believe great care starts with great people. That’s why we invest in our team, recognise commitment and support those who want to progress.
Care Supervisor
Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career?
Our Care Supervisor role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for care and wants to develop their leadership, management and operational skills within a growing domiciliary care company.
As a Supervisor, whilst continuing to provide exceptional care, you play a key role in leading, supporting and developing the people who deliver it. You’ll become an important link between our care team, clients, families and management, helping to ensure that every client receives the highest possible standard of person-centred care.
You’ll be involved in supporting care staff, monitoring care quality, completing care visits and reviews, helping resolve issues, contributing to staff development and ensuring our care plans and procedures are followed. You’ll also have the opportunity to build valuable experience in leadership, compliance, quality assurance and day-to-day care operations.
We’re looking for an experienced carer who is reliable, organised, confident and approachable, and who is ready to take on greater responsibility. You don’t need to know everything from day one — what matters is that you have the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to progress.
This role is ideal for a Senior Carer or experienced Care Worker who is ready to develop their career and work towards a more senior management position.
We believe in recognising talent, developing our people and promoting from within wherever possible. As you grow in confidence and experience, there is the potential to progress into more senior roles within the organisation.
If you’re ready to step up, lead by example and make a bigger difference to both the people we care for and the team around you, we’d love to hear from you.
Coordinator
Are you organised, confident and passionate about delivering outstanding care?
Our Care Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service. You’ll help coordinate our care team, manage schedules and rotas, communicate with clients and their families, and work closely with our Care Assistants, Senior Care Assistants, Supervisors and management team.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, while responding quickly and professionally when plans change. You’ll help maintain continuity of care, monitor staffing requirements, deal with queries and support the team to deliver a reliable and high-quality service.
A Role With Responsibility
The Coordinator is a key link between our clients, care team and management. Your organisation, communication and decision-making will have a direct impact on the quality of service we provide.
